There was an interesting article on punctuality on Wall Street Journal Online that made me think about on-time performance and how tardiness impacts meetings. I’m curious how planners deal with the chronically late. In the article, one interviewee said that he tried to start meetings on time in an effort to punish the late. Yet, when the latecomers arrived, those in attendance provided Cliffs Notes versions of what was covered.
