Lori Rausch has joined Kneedler|Fauchére as hospitality manager. The company is celebrating its 65th anniversary. Brooke Taylor joined Oakland, California-based Arcsine. Fabricut Contract has new representation: Tripp Costas is the sales representative for Tennessee, Alabama, the Florida Panhandle, Mississippi, and Arkansas, and Jaime Carr, who will handle Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and upstate New York. The company also hired Pamela Villafane (center), who will work with Yadhyra Schlegel and Jennifer Gent as a project assistant. June 3rd marked the ceremonial blessing and groundbreaking of Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort to kick-off the first phase of a five-year major expansion plan that will ultimately include a convention center, 100 new hotel rooms, a fifth restaurant, and extensive remodeling of the Clearwater Casino. HB Architectural Lighting hired Wendy Liss, founder of Wendy Liss & Co., as its manufacturer sales representative for Chicago and the Midwest. Christina Snell joins joyceDESIGNgroup as an intern designer. The firm is about to complete the renovation of Hotel Del Coronado’s Beach Village; a full property renovation of Boston’s historic 1200 Beacon Street hotel; and a $5 million art package for a local Dallas project. Alexandria, Virginia-based M Design Studio is celebrating its 10th anniversary. After 24 years in the industry, Susan Fenson founded her own independent rep firm, Fenson Associates. Some of the products she represents include Garrett Leather, Arper, Campbell Contract, and Rouillard. Liss Gallery hosted a Bernie Taupin exhibition on June 15th. HITT Contracting recently completed the Capella Hotel Georgetown in Washington, DC. The $17 million, five-story, 49-room hotel, housed in the former headquarters of the Trial Lawyers Louise Ross (right), a multi-line representative, has added Koni Hospitality to her repertoire. She will team up with Koni’s Amy Still (left) to serve Dallas and Houston Erline Altamira, Wilson Associates, is pregnant with her first child and is due in August. Innovations in Wallcoverings opened a new showroom in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart, showcasing Vahallan Wallpapers, Falls + Company, HD Walls, Odaka Textiles, and Ayre Lighting, along with Innovations products.
