From math and science classes to the moon. Dare to dream. Math and science are the foundation of progress. And encouraging young people to pursue careers in math and science today is a critical step in ensuring we accomplish tomorrow’s breakthroughs in fields like medicine, computing and energy. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Dr. Bernard Harris, the first African-American astronaut to walk in space, to create the ExxonMobil Bernard Harris Summer Science Camps. Together we’re expanding the program to 25 camps at colleges and universities across the country, with the goal of providing inspiration to a greater number of math and science middle school students to help them follow their dreams and reach for the stars.
