What’s up with that??? Don’t feel paranoid. It’s part of the program. Your recruiter is using Lead Retrieval, technology that links NSBE Career Fair and College Fair exhibitors with information you’ve posted on IMPAK, NSBE’s new online database management tool. Scanning the barcode on your convention badge enables the exhibitors to download the data and save valuable time they would otherwise have to spend getting basic information from you.
