Daniel Scott has executive responsibility for operations and execution of Information Technology,
Security, and Digital Transformation via Enterprise Services for
Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems Sector. As a member of
the Defense Systems leadership team, he also provides strategic guidance to ensure fulfillment of the sector's business and
financial commitments. Scott has more than 30 years of service
with Northrop Grumman in the areas of Product and Systems
Design & Development, Systems Engineering and Program
Management. Most recently, he was chief information officer
and sector vice president, Enterprise Services for Northrop
Grumman's Technology Services Sector.
Highlights of Scott's previous experience with the company
also include service as the deputy capture leader for a corporate
priority win program, where he provided team leadership and
capture execution for integrated product teams and functional
disciplines, resulting in Northrop Grumman's winning its largest enterprise strategic program designed to provide the next
generation of long-range global security. The program is valued
at $30 billion to $90 billion. He also serves as an executive advisor to OneAATG, a corporate-wide Employee Resource Group
focused on impacting bottom-line performance and top-line
growth and enhancing Northrop Grumman's competitive
advantage.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master of Business
Administration from the University of Southern California. He
serves on the University of Maryland Aerospace Engineering
Department's Board of Advisors and is the Northrop Grumman
executive sponsor for North Carolina A&T State University.

2002, she has held leadership positions of increasing responsibility. Today, as the vice president for the Air Mobility & Maritime
Missions International Programs Line of Business in Marietta,
Georgia, she is responsible for the production and sustainment
of military and civilian aircraft for customers in more than 60
countries.
Norwood joined NSBE at the age of 19 and has remained
engaged throughout her career as a member of NSBE
Professionals. Norwood is also a committed philanthropist in
the area of science, technology, engineering and mathematics
(STEM). She has established the Karmyn Norwood Endowment
Fund for scholarships that benefit STEM students at her undergraduate alma mater, Jackson State University, an Historically
Black Institution. Never forgetting the positive impact of a
$2,000 scholarship she received from Alpha Kappa Alpha
Sorority, Inc. when she was an undergraduate, Norwood says
she wants to provide the same kind of assistance to students,
helping them succeed academically and promoting growth in
their communities.
Norwood's advocacy for diversity in STEM also includes her
work at Lockheed Martin, strengthening the company's pipeline
for diverse talent. Her 20-year professional career, including
time with the U.S. government, has also inspired her broader
activism for diversity in Corporate America as a whole. By bringing people from all walks of life together, she believes, diversity
drives innovation.
Norwood holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from
Jackson State, a master's degree in electrical engineering from
George Mason University and an Executive M.B.A. from the
University of Tennessee at Knoxville.

Company

Kerwin Low, Ph.D., joined Pratt & Whitney, a United
Technologies Company, in 2012 and was tasked with advancing
the aeromechanical design, experimental and analytical capability for military exhausts. He has recently taken an assignment in
the Mechanical Systems Organization to lead main shaft carbon
seal technology development.
Dr. Low's parents immigrated to the U.S. from Guyana in the
mid-1970s, and he grew up in Brooklyn, New York. Neither of his
parents has a postsecondary degree or a background in science,
technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM), but they made
