My father always saved the change in his pocket at the end of the day, and every year he donated that change to the American Cancer Society. I started doing the same thing years ago, and to this day I still do. My father passed away in 2010 of colon cancer, and on June 14, 2012, I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called neuroendocrine tumors/ carcinoid cancer.
