Samantha Hawkins is the College's new Director of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving. Her background in alumni relations, communications and special event coordination makes her the ideal fit for this position. Hawkins holds a bachelor's degree in communication studies from Oklahoma Baptist University. Photos by Eric Forberger Bill Rhinier has moved into the position of Director of Admissions. Prior to leading PA College's admissions team, he played an integral role in developing PA College's Penn Medicine initiative as detailed in the Spring 2019 issue of the magazine. Rhinier has worked in higher education for nearly 15 years, and holds a master's degree in higher education from Walden University, as well as a bachelor's degree in business administration from Central Penn College. 4 PACOLLEGE.EDU Deanna Achorn joined PA College as the Director of Institutional Research. She will play an essential role in overseeing the College's self-study in preparation for reaccreditation with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education in 2021. Achorn has nearly two decades of research experience and holds a PhD in sociology from American University, as well as a bachelor's degree in sociology from Franklin & Marshall College. Julie Field assumed Rhinier's spot on the Penn Medicine team, liaising with entities throughout the Penn Medicine system. Her diverse background includes partnering with numerous health care organizations to develop strategies and promote objectives. She holds a master's degree in health promotion management from American University, as well as a bachelor's degree in finance from St. Joseph University.https://www.pacollege.edu/
