Stoudt
Grief

In September of this year, Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences
lost one of its most devoted friends, Ken Stoudt. Ken was a beloved
member of our campus community, sharing his radiant smile and
offbeat sense of humor with everyone he met. He made a point of
getting to know each student and employee he encountered on his
frequent visits to campus, and he cared deeply about the happiness
and wellbeing of his many friends here. His unfailing belief in
our potential made us believe in ourselves. Ken never missed
an opportunity to profess his love for this college; that love was
reciprocated by us all.
We were lucky to have Ken as our most steadfast advocate for
more than a decade. He was an exemplary volunteer leader,
serving on our Board of Trustees from 2012 to 2018, with four
years as chairman. From 2015 to 2017, he chaired our first major
fundraising endeavor, the Building Futures Campaign, which
exceeded the campaign goal
by more than $2 million and
established 24 new endowed
scholarship funds. Our
campaign success was linked
directly to Ken's passionate
advocacy and enthusiasm, as
well as the exceptional personal
philanthropy of Ken and his
wife, Susan. In recognition
of Ken's leadership and
