Similarly, our Cognilogic Weather Analytics platform has
been used on a wide scale since 2009. Developed originally
with our partners at WeatherBank; our proprietary Golf Playable Hours (GPH) formula has provided hundreds of courses
with " weather neutral " performance data through both our
GLMA platform and reports generated by our CFA dashboard.
The 2015 acquisition of WeatherBank by Accuweather has simply enhanced our access to industry leading weather information. Since adding WeatherBank's unique forecasting methodology, Accuweather has been named the most accurate weather
forecasting platform in the world by ForecastWatch since 2016.
Further development resulted in the first Golf Playable Hours
60 Day forecast tool that is also available for every golf course
in the US. If you are interested in when your season will start or
end, or how the next 60 Days will compare to your previous 2
years; you will be able to get that information on GMRC.
In short, GMRC is designed to put a lot of information
into one accessible place. While we have spent a considerable
amount of time and money in its development; we understand
that we need to provide affordable services such as benchmarking and related performance metrics.
We are designing GMRC as a cooperative venture. We view
our participants as partners in this development. For the first
" Charter Partners " , there will be a revenue sharing formula

which will reduce the cost of participation as revenues grow.
There will also be added benefits for the initial participants such
as access to our Annual State of the Industry Report, annual
Cognilogic weather subscription and 60 day forecast tool.
There will be a limited number of Charter Partner opportunities offered to golf courses. We will also have a limited number
of " Corporate Partners " , but we will finalize the components as
many vendors have different needs and access parameters. However, for the various POS platform providers, we do know that
we will be making our SQL code used for extracting rounds,
revenue and other data available as part of their participation.
We have written our CFA query codes across about 10 different
platforms over the years. It is readily adaptable and can be used
to extract values needed for courses to populate the benchmarking templates on GMRC.
The GMRC project has a lot of moving parts; but we think
the timing is right to give the golf industry a comprehensive
platform to measure performance on multiple levels. Our reputation for unbiased presentation and consistent methodologies
has been well established. We look forward to making this journey together.
