The above graphic shows the significant GPH hit in January. As we saw in the December demand figures against negative
GPH, there's good chance that rounds for January will still finish up with likely just a " dent " due to weather. If you want a look

The above graphic represents a timeseries by month of Utilization change which we're sure that by now you all know is the resultant
of Played Rounds (demand) divided by Available Rounds (capacity). We compare each month back to the static prior Year End
figure (53%) to determine if we improved or lost utilization in the current month.
Continuing the current trend, against the down December weather, we saw continued double-digit gains in demand which
produced a 24 point Utilization gain for the month strengthening the YtD figure to end ~+6 pts. As you see in the " staircase " above
since May, we've now posted 8 consecutive months of Utilization gains. Jim's January call that December rounds would shake
off the GPH decline and continue to march higher came true. The next test of his prognosis powers is whether January demand
will be +20% or greater, even in spite of the -17% GPH decline outlined in the Weather Impact section of this issue. " Ladies and
