of 32K. Applying our industry-exclusive Utilization measure
(played rounds/capacity rounds), we see though that, after
weather adjustment (due to the longer season length based
on the maritime-influence coastal climate), their throughput
" grade " is 52% which indexes slightly lower than the national
average of 54%. The supply across Premium/Value/Price
within Public, regulation-golf is pretty much spot on the bell
curve we'd like to see in all markets with the majority of supply
happening in the middle and slightly smaller, but balanced,
contributions in the higher/lower price segments.
In summary, the golfer concentration per EHE and the
nice supply balance are positive indicators while the Velocity
and Utilization figures suggest that operators could " turn up
the volume " on rounds generation and take more advantage of
the season length/climate in the market. Over the years we've
not seen a lot of interest or participation from the Northwest
in general in any of the performance measurement or customer
engagement products and services we've offered so we don't
have any datapoints on operators in this market's ability to
