In the above, we track the monthly and quarterly timeseries view of weather impact (measured by Golf Playable Hours or
GPH) so our readers can see how the year is playing out at the national level. Again, if you want the 45 regional, the 61 markets
or individual facility-specific figures, you can get those by subscribing either to the Pellucid Publications Membership program,

The above shows that December weather impact meltdown of double-digits putting an unfortunate bookend on how we opened
the year (January's -30% GPH result). That put a slight dent in the YtD figure (only one month vs. 11 in the books) to -2% to finish
the year. For those tuned to the Pellucid channel (i.e. attended or have read our '23 State of the Industry report), you know that
in January our national full-year forecast was a significant " up " so we'll be having some fun discussions with our weather partners
regarding how we missed the call this year after previous year forecasts have been much closer to reality. We haven't yet seen the
preview of the December rounds from our Golf Market Research Center (GMRC) subscribers so we'll have to collectively wait
and see how much downward demand will accompany this crappy weather outcome. If you were a GMRC subscriber you'd already

The above graphic represents a timeseries by month of Utilization change which we're sure that by now you all know is the resultant
of Played Rounds (demand) divided by Available Rounds (capacity). We compare each month back to the static prior Year End
figure (61%) to determine if we improved or lost utilization in the current month.
November continued our pre-COVID pattern of rounds and weather moving in the same direction (both up in November)
but the increase in demand lagged the weather favorability. This resulted in a modest " down " for Utilization of -2 points for the
month. That left the YtD figure unchanged resting at +2 points. Jim's November Utilization " call " was for parity lift in demand so
he was close...but no cigar. Our GMRC subscribers have already seen their December and YtD results from Golf Revenue down
to Discount Rate via the trend and scorecard views for their facility and the summary portfolio of GMRC participants; you too
