Ieee to provide insights on a specific
set of priority issues as a contribution to
the Quadrennial energy review (Qer)
initiative, which focused on the development of a comprehensive energy strategy, under the leadership of the White
house office of science and technology policy. spearheaded by the pes
and Ieee-usa, the Qer report was
delivered to doe in four months, that included a public review process by Ieee
