Our good friend Tom Blalock is back

Waterside." Tom's prolific contribu tions to this magazine are truly remarkable. It is my hope you will enjoy
the article as much as I did. One fond
memory I have of Waterside is that it
was the first power plant I ever toured
as an intern with Consolidated Edison
during 1975. In later years, I was asked
during an interview if I had ever seen
a power plant. I proudly responded,
"Yes sir, Waterside." The interviewer
snarled at me, "I asked about power
plants, not museums!"
