frente a fallas ocultas y ciberataques, eliminando así las
fallas en el funcionamiento de las causas fundamentales más
comunes.
La rCSP se ilustra en la figura 1. Se trata de un sistema
rCSP de dos niveles con capacidad de autorreparación frente
a anomalías: 1) el nivel uno proporciona una protección
confiable y rápida para cada área de protección de una subestación/central
utilizando la recién introducida protección
basada en DSE (también conocida como relé sin ajuste) que
opera sobre valores de muestra, SV (lado izquierdo de la
figura 1), y 2) el nivel dos asegura la validez y confiabilidad
de los datos a través de una DSE en toda la subestación utilizando
datos de fasores (véase el lado derecho de la figura 1).
En caso de anomalías, el sistema centralizado a nivel de subestación
las detecta de inmediato. A continuación, se inicia
un proceso de identificación para determinar la causa principal
de la anomalía (fallas ocultas, ciberataques) mediante
pruebas de hipótesis. Una vez conocida la causa principal,
los datos corruptos se sustituyen por datos corregidos para
que los relés sin ajuste funcionen con datos corregidos. Esta
acción elimina las fallas en el funcionamiento de los relés a
causa de datos corruptos. Al mismo tiempo, se avisa a los
operadores de la causa de los problemas para que puedan
realizar las reparaciones oportunas. Para resumir, el seguimiento
continuo del estado del sistema permite validar los
datos y, lo que es más importante, detectar las fallas ocultas.
Las fallas ocultas típicas son fusibles fundidos, ajustes incorrectos,
relaciones incorrectas del transformador de corriente
o de tensión (error humano), fallas en la instrumentación, etc.
Por último, la autorreparación se aplica de manera selectiva
para eliminar las anomalías.
La implementación recomendada del sistema se muestra
en la figura 1. La subestación física se muestra en
la esquina superior izquierda de la figura 1. Las unidades
