El sistema de control propuesto recibe la instrucción total,
el plan de programación de predespacho e intradiaria del
sistema de automatización de la red provincial para optimizar el
funcionamiento de cada central eléctrica.

de predespacho de cada central eléctrica se optimiza en cada
periodo considerando las restricciones de seguridad de la red
eléctrica y otras restricciones operativas de los equipos de
generación eléctrica.
Así como en el soporte a las decisiones de predespacho,
la decisión de optimización intradiaria se basa en el plan
intradiario provincial y la previsión de muy corto plazo. El
objetivo es minimizar la desviación ponderada completa
entre el plan intradiario y el valor meta.
Decisión de optimización en tiempo real
La decisión de optimización en tiempo real se basa en la
capacidad de generación y las instrucciones de control en
tiempo real emitidas por el centro de despacho y control
provincial. Las instrucciones emitidas de la central eléctrica
se generan con optimización continua desde el predespacho
hasta el tiempo real.
Función de control en tiempo real
Según la relación con el centro de control provincial, se
diseñan dos modos de control -control directo provincial
y control local- para el sistema de control complementario
multienergía. En el modo de control directo provincial se
calculan las instrucciones de control de los parques eólicos,
las estaciones de energía solar FV y de energía solar térmica
a través del centro de despacho y control provincial y
se emiten directamente a las centrales eléctricas. En el modo
de control local, la regulación provincial emite solo el valor
meta de la potencia activa y la tensión en el lado de la línea
de conexión de 330 kV, y el sistema desglosa y emite, además,
las instrucciones de control para los parques eólicos,
las estaciones de energía solar FV, los sistemas de almacenamiento
de energía y las centrales de energía solar térmica.
El sistema de control multienergía (figura 3) se comunica
con el centro de control provincial a través de la red de
datos de despacho. El sistema recibe la información enviada
