Program is designed to help new talent launch successful

STUDENT BREAKFAST
Tuesday / April 26 : 7:00am - 8:00am
Graduate and undergraduate students registered for the conference
are invited to a complimentary breakfast with a fun
icebreaker exercise that will help them get to know each
other before the day starts.
CONFERENCE LUNCHEON
Tuesday / April 26 : 11:30am - 1:00pm
Grab a bite, walk the aisles, and experience exhibitors from
around the world during the Conference Luncheon in the
exhibit hall.
HOW TO INTERVIEW-INSIGHTS TO
OPPORTUNITY
Tuesday / April 26 : 3:00pm - 5:00pm
Come meet with industry professionals who will offer
insights and guidance on the art of interviewing. Student
attendees should bring their resumes and their questions
about the process ... start to finish! What do companies
look for in a resume? What do companies look for in an
interview? What are the do's and don'ts? This session will
include open discussion as a group, individual counseling,
and mock interviews.

Take a break from the conference to enjoy a fun night
with other students. Learn about the IEEE PES, eat some

entrepreneurs and other industry professionals talk about the

Come join us for lunch and hear a presentation on cuttingedge
electrical power technology from an industry expert.
After the presentation and lunch, stick around for an opportunity
to interact and network with industry professionals
from manufacturing, design, and many other key electrical
engineering contacts.
3D SUBSTATION TOUR
Wednesday / April 27 : 2:30pm - 3:30pm
This session will utilize innovative technology to give students
an in-depth tour of a high voltage substation ... without
leaving the convention center! Expert guides will lead
students around to learn the parts and pieces that make up a
real-world substation. See theory in action!
