Pressured By Freddie McKnight PENNSYLVANIA'S SPRING TURKEYS It's no secret that Pennsylvania holds some grand spring turkey hunting opportunities, and it's not only resident hunters who take advantage of these pursuits. Vast public lands and licenses available over the counter make the state an attractive gobbler-hunting destination for out-of-state residents, as well. All told, many Pennsylvania turkeys end up with a ton of pressure put on them prior to and during the season. And when hunting pressured turkeys, you need a different approach to fill your tag consistently. ESCAPE PRESSURE Hunting time always is limited by other obligations, but if you can avoid hunting those pressurepacked Saturdays, and still find time on other days of the week, you might learn a lot that could help you succeed.
