ACCESS State Game Lands 82 is about 2 miles east of Meyersdale in southeastern Somerset County. From PA Turnpike Exit 110 (Somerset) take U.S. Route 219 south to state Route 160 south. Access from state Route 160 to the main portion of the game lands from the west is by Witt Road and by using Old Wittenberg Road to meet Milwaukee or Burning Tree roads. The center of this game lands can be accessed by following Witt Road to Gameland Road, which bisects the major portion of SGL 82. Milwaukee Road ends at Wills Creek, where the bridge was removed by the township. County Bridge Road travels northeast down the mountain from Gameland Road. Gameland Road, Milwaukee Road, and County Bridge Road are not maintained during winter and can become impassable. Various other township roads traveling through the villages of Mance, Glencoe, Wittenberg and Pleasant Union also provide access.
