READER’S RIDE As you well know we have a great bunch of readers out there who love to show off their Side X Side machines. Here is a reader’s Ranger Crew and his thoughts on the new machine. Owner: Brian Morton Location: Madison, IN We haven't had a lot of time or the best weather to really hit the trails, but have been able to put a few hours on our Ranger Crew. It's a lot quieter up front now with the engine in the rear, and the under seat storage is huge. Plus it still has the side storage bin like the XP. The Crew comes standard with the heavy-duty springs to help with the added weight. The long wheel base sure makes for a smooth ride and it seems just as powerful as my 06 XP, even with the extra pounds. It's an awesome machine that I can haul the whole family in when we hit the trails. SIX SEATS While the Crew shown in the photo above is the standard edition you may find on many of your local dealer’s floors, you can get the Ranger XP Crew in all of the same great Limited Edition flavors as the Ranger XP. This includes: Pearl White, Stealth Black Browning, Supersonic Blue Rally, and Turbo Silver. LIMITED EDITION We purchased ours at Wayne's Equipment in Lagrange, KY. Great folks to deal with. I added a 2" lift in the front from superatv.com located in Madison IN., The front and rear windshields are part of the Polaris Standard Steel cab. I'm running 27" Maxxis Bighorns mounted on Douglas Rattlesnake wheels from atvoutfitters.net.
