What is the small pizza
peel for?
Small turning pizza peels are designed to
check, spin and take the pizza out of the oven.
They are strong and resistant but light at the
same time, resulting handy tools, easy to use.
In order to meet the pizzaiolos' needs Gi.Metal
has conceived different head sizes, (6¾", 8",
9", 10") to grant the right surface both for the
standard and big pie, in addition to different
handle lengths (29½", 47", 59", 70") in order to
match the different types of ovens.

* Available in 2 version: perforated and solid.
In the perforated version the holes on the
surface reduce the weight of the tool, making it
extremely light.
* The ribbings and the three rivets, as for the

* The handle base and the interim sliding grip
