(CSM), Warren, MI, General Motors. Lead, mentor, set &review

MANAGER, Warren, MI, General Motors. Plan, manage &integrate

technical objectives &performance team of SW &SW Deployment

warehouse (WH) &material flow syss, design, build, execute

Engrs, track &prioritize daily team activities as Product Owner of

&implement WMS, Electronic Pull (EPS), Part Pull (PPS), &Part

CSM, &create &monitor daily tasks to test &integrate CSM using

Sequence (PSS) Syss, using Manhattan WMS, AutoCAD, PowerBI,

IBM RTC tool. Perform &lead team root cause anlys of captured

&Excel tools, to ensure clean, flexible JIT/JIS delivery of high

CAN &Automotive Ethernet communication logs of psgr vehicle

volume flow of raw/non-productive materials &production parts

CSM. Review, troubleshoot &approve test scripts, test procedures,

to plant gates &mfg lines in high volume vehicle assy (Paint,

test logs &simulations of end of line plant production issues on

Body &GA Shops), stamping, &PT plants located in U.S., NA,

test bench &in vehicle for psgr vehicles assembled at vehicle assy

&globally, w/ 3500-20K part nos. @plant. Manage, supervise,

plants in MI, TN &TX, in Python, using VehicleSpy &RTC tools to

lead, set technical &performance objectives, &mentor WMS Leads/

troubleshoot, improve &assure full functionality &performance

Coordinators/SMEs. Translate vehicle assy &cmpnt mfg plants

of CSM in plant Quality area incldg OTA updates of base SW w/

production processes &workstation layouts, sequence &flow, plant

updates. Required travel by vehicle &air to vehicle assy plants in

worker &production op. safety, &delivery, movement &storage

Lansing &Flint MI, TN, &, TX, &also MI Proving Ground, as member

of engineered &specialized containers &dynamics racks (incldg

of Infotainment SW Deployment Team, to troubleshoot critical

location), &smooth flow on production floors. Ensure dvlpmt

production plans related to Vehicle Interface Processer, Green

&implementation of best practices &continuous improvement

Hill, GM logger &CAN logs of CSM performance &syss, in psgr

solutions to WMS, EPS, PPS, &PSS. Required travel to vehicle assy

vehicles, up to 30 days p/yr. Bachelor, Electrical, Electronics
