Core Skills Intensive
The holidays are a time of great activity. Whether joyous or
filled with sadness, this time of year can be stressful. And 2020
has already proven to be a year of unexpected surprises and
greater stress than usual! Now more than ever, the practices
of mindfulness and compassion can be helpful to navigate
holiday stress.
That's why Samaritan Counseling Center is offering the 4session online Change Through Compassion Core Skills
Intensive. This class provides you with a basic foundation of
the practices, including learning about the benefits of
mindfulness and self-compassion, as well as learning specific
practices that can help you regain your balance.
Classes will be held online from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on:





Thursday, December 10
Friday, December 11.

The cost for all four sessions is $175.
