The 10th Anniversary of Regional Entry-Level Institute (RELI) will be held in 2013. RELI is
an intensive four-day professional development opportunity providing training programs and
activities for new professionals who aspire to mid-level positions in housing and residence life.
RELI participants will:
• Attend sessions facilitated by veteran professionals in housing and residence life.
• Assess current skill levels and devise professional development plans.
• Learn practical information designed to help survive and thrive as mid-level professionals.
• Participate in 1:1 mentoring sessions and in-depth conversations with a cluster leader.

• RELI participant election is based upon an application and letters of support and references.
• Applications are available on line (seaho.org/reli) and open 1/7/13.
• The deadline for applications is March 7, 2013, with selected participants being notified by
April 7, 2013.
• The fee for the Institute is $200, which includes registration, housing and most meals.
