SEAHO Features happen, our Awards get the submissions and recognition they deserve, the data from all of our surveys is utilized appropriately, and our graduate students get the development they deserve, but their work isn't nearly as sexy as the DEI plans and the program numbers. I encourage you to find those program chairs and hop on those committees while you're at SEAHO! My least favorite part of the mid-year meeting was leaving, I kid you not. It's a bittersweet feeling though because I know I'll be back at the beautiful Beau Rivage Resort and Casino and cavernous Convention Center in March to see everyone's shiny, happy faces for the conference! There's still a ton to be done between now and then and the Host Committee is going to knock it out of the park. I'm most excited for the Opening Reception on the Rooftop Deck at the conference hotel, overlooking the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. I hope everyone will enjoy their time in Mississippi and take advantage of all the entertainment options Biloxi has to offer- I know I will. I'll see y'all there!
