for Diversity and Inclusion and Director of the Center
for Diversity and Inclusion This new position, under
the direction of the Vice President for Student Life
and Dean of Students, will bring a collaborative
vision and provide leadership in the development,
coordination and implementation of a comprehensive
program relative to an intercultural approach to
diversity and inclusion campus programming, training,
and mentoring. The Associate Dean/Director will
support Ringling College's multicultural, international,
LGBTQ, First Generation and Veteran students, as
historically underrepresented populations, and work
collaboratively with the President, Vice Presidents,
Associate and Assistant Vice Presidents and Deans,
faculty, staff, students and external constituents to
advance the institution's commitment to all aspects of
diversity and inclusion that are essential to academic
excellence. The Associate Dean will work closely
on diversity initiatives within Student Life as well as
Academic Affairs to champion diversity and inclusion
best practices across the College. The Associate Dean/
Director will be student-centered.

The Business Applications Analyst will be responsible
for managing the department's technology, serve as
a liaison with USF Central Information Technology,

opportunities to enhance the residential experience.

The Department of Housing and Residence Life
is pleased to welcome Arian Bryant as our new
Director of Residence Life and Education. Arian
has served as associate director of Residence Life
and Education at UCF for almost five years and as
Assistant Director for one year. Prior to UCF, he
served as Residence Life Coordinator at Rutgers
University; Community Director\Assistant Director
at Montclair State University; and Residence Hall
Director at University at Albany, State University of
New York. Early in his career, Arian worked in the
New York State Legislature serving as a legislative
aide, researcher, and campaign analyst. Arian has a
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor
in English and Master of Science in Education
Administration & Policy Studies with a concentration
