FEATURE ARTICLES " My advice to you as you navigate your own journey is, show yourself some grace in all aspects of your personal and professional life, you're doing a great job! Remember, no one else can be you, like you! Figure out what and how you can learn from your parenting and professional mistakes, I make them daily on both fronts. Learn to ask for help even when that goes against your norm and take the help that is offered. Create a life that makes you feel balanced. Take your PTO (maybe no one else needed to read this but I needed to remind myself to do it). Finally, yet still super important, is to do something daily that is life-giving to your soul because it's needed. Your body will appreciate it, remember you are a person before you are someone's mother or caregiver or supervisor or employee or you name it...take care of you!
