Ben is an active member
of SEAHO, serving on
various committees and
Governing Council as the
State Representative for
Mississippi. Currently an Area
Coordinator at Mississippi Gulf
Coast Community College,
Ben is passionate about
paraprofessional recruitment

Coop is currently the Associate
Director for Residential Learning
at UNC Chapel Hill. As a lifelong
learner, she's interested
in helping others share their
learnings across SEAHO and
finding their writing voice in
the SEAHO Report. Her own

expertise are academic initiatives,
professional and student staff
training and development,
recruitment and selection,
