Career & Support Services Committee
The Career Support Services Committee hosted a collaborative webinar with the Professional Development
Committee. The webinar was highly successful! The event centered on career support and practical advice for
navigating career advancement and professional development. We had an engaged audience of approximately
15-20 participants, who actively contributed to the conversation and asked insightful questions. The session
provided valuable guidance on career growth, and the feedback from attendees indicated that they found the
tips and resources shared to be incredibly useful.

Corporate Partners Committee
The Corporate Partners Committee has been hard at work over the summer and fall semester! Here's a look at
what's been happening behind the scenes, the exciting updates from our sub-committees, and what you can
expect moving forward.
Communication & Outreach: This team, led by Alex Drose and Lindsay Norman, is gearing up for the release
of the third issue of The Corporate Partners Chronicles. One exciting idea they are exploring is a feature
highlighting long-time CP sponsors. This could include testimonials from partners who have benefitted from
their sponsorships, adding a personal touch to future outreach.
Publication & Education: Dan Ryan-Foley and his team are working on the " New to Exhibit Hall " session.
They're also considering creative content ideas such as a " myth busters " section focused on CPs for the
SEAHO Report. Additionally, they're exploring condensed, easy-to-read versions of past articles as part of the
SEAHO Development Hours initiative.
Recruitment: Verva Jean Shumate and Corey Ulloa are leading their team's charge on recruitment of new
prospective Corporate Partners! The team is in the process of setting goals for the coming year and working to
update last year's roster, ensuring that recruitment efforts are swift and efficient. They are also benchmarking
what are the services and products SEAHO institutions need and how they can tailor recruitment efforts toward
these vendors.
Retention & Sponsorship: Elisabeth Johnson, Josh Ingrebretson, and Demarcus Merritt are deep into
conversations with CPs who have expressed interest in returning as well as sponsoring. Once registration
opens, this team will be full-speed ahead on connecting with our returning Corporate Partners and interested
Corporate Sponsors!
On-Site Conference: Jenna Jeslis and Jeremy Bowersox are leading the charge for the operations of the
Exhibit Hall. Some exciting updates include a 20x20ft booth option for vendors, in addition to ways to ensure
high levels of engagement and interaction within the space. This team will be helping us have the smoothest
conference experience yet for our Corporate Partners and SEAHO members!
As we enter the next phase of planning and development, our sub-committees are continuing to evolve and
expand their impact. Whether it's through exciting new collaborations, enhanced CP engagement, or the
creative ideas from sub-committees, this committee is poised for growth. Stay tuned for more updates, and
don't hesitate to get involved-whether by contributing ideas, volunteering, sharing prospective Corporate
Partners to join SEAHO, or finding future sponsors. Together, we're making SEAHO stronger for the years to
come!
