Objectives: 1. Audit current site: Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current website to identify areas for improvement in content, layout, and navigation. 2. Understand the user journey: analyze user behavior and identify pain point through member needs assessment and analytics (EX: creating duplicate accounts) 3. Develop a website redesign strategy: benchmark the current website design using member needs assessment, review other association websites for best practices, and identify the roadways to achieve goals through YourMembership 4. Identify additional funding considerations which will be required approvals from the Executive Board. 5. Develop an upkeep plan for website materials and a security plan: Establish a continuity and consistency plan for items on the website. Create structure to the Website Management Committee to establish longevity of knowledge, a group of trained content editors for website updates, and a liaison approach for website management like: a. Duplicate records b. Contact forms 6.
