With the completion of her
associate degree in veterinary
technology approaching, Jontae
took a moment to reflect on her
success and future aspirations.
She quickly realized that the next
step-a bachelor's degree in
technology management-was at
her fingertips. Her transition was
seamless, as most technology
colleges offer both associate and
bachelor's degrees.
Along with two to four-year
degree mobility, at most technology
colleges, they further complement
classroom instruction with investments in the latest equipment,
state-of-the-art facilities, and
on-the-job training. And, the job
market is very good. Jontae began
receiving job offers long before
she graduated.
In the future, Jontae foresees opening
her own veterinary clinic, including a
day care for dogs.
