At Great Change Brewing, patrons kick
back in a loft y warehouse space, play cornhole
on the patio, sip pale and blonde ales, and nab
meals from food trucks parked out front. Less
than two miles away, Dionysus Brewing is
celebrated for sours like the Super Funkadelic,
a gose-styled ale brewed with coriander
and sea salt. Lengthwise Brewing Company
operates three Bakersfi eld locations, including
one near Cal State University Bakersfi eld. Th e
chain's hearty menu is a major draw-burgers,
