Our Experiences (continued) I feel fortunate to be selected as a recipient of the Travel Award for a Food Safety Professional in a Country with a Developing Economy which gave me the opportunity to participate and attend IAFP 2021 virtually, and I look forward to attending this prestigious conference in person next year. I participated in delivering a lecture entitled, " Food Safety During and After the Era of COVID-19 Pandemic " during the session of " How COVID-19 Has Altered Consumers' Food Choices and Preferences and Their Hygienic Practices, " which was monitored by Dr. Ewen Todd, President of Ewen Todd Consulting. This session gave me a new perspective and feedback about my work. Amin N.
