CIFSQ Conference took place as a
hybrid event October 27-28, 2021,
in Beijing under the theme, " Safer
Food Through Advances in Science,
Digitization & Policy. " The two-day conference included a wide range of topics
organized around several Panel Discussions and 15 Breakout Sessions
delivered to 280 in-person and 476 virtual attendees.
The strong educational program featured 152 distinguished speakers
and panelists, including ministerial level officials, renowned scientists, and
executives from the world's largest food companies and producers. Twentythree
sponsors and exhibitors displayed the latest food safety technologies
and innovations.
