Webcom Communications Corp. 7355 E. Orchard Rd., # 100 Greenwood Village, CO 80111 Phone 720-528-3770 Allied Moulded Products, Inc. has released its latest introduction to the marketplace, the compression molded Control XL series 40 by 32 inch fiberglass enclosure (part numbers AMXL403212L3PT and AMXL403212L3PTW). The compression molded Control XL series fiberglass enclosure offers durability and strength without the excessive weight of a comparable metal enclosure. It is molded with Allied's proprietary UltraGuard formulation, thus maintaining its aesthetic and structural integrity when exposed to extreme environments. Standard features include molded-in back panel brass inserts, as well as compression molded foot brackets for wall mounting installation. The formed-in-place polyurethane gasket system provides a watertight seal to maintain its NEMA 4X rating, and it features a 316 stainless steel 3-point latching handle system. "The Control XL series enclosure is a great addition to our already-full line of fiberglass reinforced polyester enclosures. The 40 by 32 inch size, a consistently requested size, is spacious and ensures full-panel access for Allied Moulded's customers. It has the same features and strength of our existing fiberglass enclosures, and is available at an economical cost," said Bill DeRoche, national sales manager for Industrial Products, Allied Moulded. New TIM Has Many Advantages Fujipoly has released the Sarcon PG25A, a 2.5 W/m°K thermal interface material. The extremely soft, gel like compound is manufactured in a versatile sheet form so it can be die cut or trimmed to fit your application. This material has a low compression force making it well suited for delicate components and vibration absorption. When placed on top of uneven components, PG25A conforms to all gaps, peaks and air pockets making a level, large surface area contact point. The high degree of physical contact allows the heat sink to more efficiently remove unwanted heat. As one of Fujipoly's softest gap filler pads, this unique formulation provides a thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/m°K with a thermal resistance between 0.24Cin2/W to 1.7°Cin2/W depending on sheet thickness and compression. Sarcon PG25A is offered in 9 thicknesses ranging from 1.0 mm to 5.00 mm and has an operating temperature of -40°C to 150°C.
