Restaurateurs were under pressure to raise prices this year, with almost two-thirds of respondents reporting higher entrée prices, and nearly a half raising prices on their wine lists. Meanwhile, sommeliers have been looking for ways to keep wine affordable; only one quarter of respondents raised the prices of the least expensive wines on their lists.
