The suite is the only commercials

USA: Chabot College, an accredited
community college in California,
has installed a Calrec Summa
audio console in the TV studio at its
media centre.

students can now train using the
same desk as the local CBS affiliate
and many others in the broadcast
industry.
Having professional standard
equipment also gives the college
a commercial advantage when
renting out its studio for outside
productions.

ound Devices CL-12 Linear Fader
Controller, an optional accessory
that significantly expands the mixing
capability of the 688 mixer/recorder, is
shipping worldwide.
Announced at IBC, the CL-12 features
12 100 mm linear faders for live mixing
of multiple audio signals.
The CL-12 comes in two models: the
standard CL-12 and the CL-12 Alaia
which features smooth-gliding Penny &
Giles faders and custom J&E hardwood
side panels in either Blonde Maple
or Red Mahogany. The Alaia models
will also ship with additional standard
black aluminium side panels.

With the CL-12, the 688
gains sunlight-viewable LED

to key functionality, such as fasttrack arming, naming, routing, and
transport controls.
It features a three-band parametric
equaliser for each of the 12 inputs,
and the ability to monitor audio

port. Additional shortcut controls
include those for metadata entry,
COMs, and SuperSlot wireless receiver
monitoring.
Currently compatible with the 688
mixer/recorder, future support for

Wireless System Debuts

system, the AT-One, was showcased for
the first time at the recent InfoComm
MEA in Dubai.

Designed with simplicity and ease-ofuse in mind, the recently-launched ATOne provides a solution for installers,
performers and presenters
seeking a fuss-free wireless
set-up.
The AT-One's frequency
plan is divided into
two groups, with four
available channels in
each group split between
the Europe-wide licensefree frequency range and
the LTE duplex gap.
Users can choose up to four
channels from one group.
This arrangement allows

installers to run two four-channel ATOne systems (using separate groups)
in close proximity without the fear of
interference, for example.
Despite its flexibility, the ATOne's simple interface ensures an
undaunting prospect for users of all
levels of expertise. But it doesn't skimp
in terms of stylish robust build quality
and included accessories - the AT-One
ships with a carrying case, rack-mount
kit and detachable antenna.
Available in three configurations,
AT-One can be purchased with a
beltpack or handheld transmitter, or
with beltpack and ATR35cW lavalier
microphone.
