Ask each student to present their final 10th Grade Action Plan project to the class. grade their presentations based on the rubric. Encourage classmates to ask questions of the author during his/her presentation. After everyone has presented, ask the class: * What overlaps exist between all of our Action Plan projects? * how does self-advocacy help us overcome barriers? * how can we support each other in meeting our goals? Congratulate students on setting themselves up for 10th grade success by creating an action plan. their next step will be to follow through on the plan and reflect on whether or not they've been successful. Ask the class: if we all follow through on our plans, how might our visions of ourselves change? how will you speak up for your goals with your friends? teachers?
