delays. Before demo even begins ensure that
your placement of outlets, lighting, plumbing,
and appliances are final. Be confident in
your paint and flooring selections, as those
items should be complete before installation
of cabinetry and countertops. Confirm the
lead time on major appliance and cabinetry
purchases. Avoid making changes midrenovation.
With every detail in place, you'll be
enjoying your new kitchen much sooner.
