In preparation for the new addition, an unsightly 1960's ranchstyle
addition attached to the farmhouse was removed down
to the foundation. The square footage of the new addition
remained the same with the exception of additional space for the dining bay and foyer. With
the slope of the yard, it took 56 tri-axle truckloads of backfill to level the property.
