increases, we have been fortunate to partner with a number of
new consultants to provide services.

for emerging leaders and successful
executives. Additionally, Lori manages
talent discussions and provides coaching

2022: New Consultants & New Programming
Our new programming
This year, Samaritan Counseling Center was fortunate
to receive funding from High Foundation to adapt our
conference room into a smart classroom. This opened the
door for effective, hybrid training events to occur!
Moving forward, our consulting team will be utilizing this
space to provide regular programming and training sessions in
the fall and spring, including the following:
Small Business Operations & Human Resources Workshop, with
Consultant Sarah Bedsaul
A four-session workshop designed for small business
decision makers who have begun or who are hoping to scale
their business. This series covers everything from human
resource materials to operations guides to real-life scenarios
with the goal of creating healthy organizational growth, better
employee retention, less costly employee management issues,
and increased profitability. Participants can attend one session
or the full workshop.
Emerging Leaders, with Consultant Lori Berquist
A refresh of Supervising For Success, our most popular
leadership development training, this five-session series is
designed to help new leaders gain knowledge and practice
in managing others. Participants complete the class with
increased confidence in their role, an understanding of
coaching styles, and the preparation needed to be an
effective leader. Individuals can attend one session or the full
workshop.
Empower Female Enrichment Program with Consultant Karen Snyder
Developed to build the curiosity, capabilities and careers of
women, this interactive, six-module series brings mid-career
women together into a cohort to learn about themselves and
craft their paths forward based on their renewed confidence
and abilities, while also sharing their learnings with each other.
Fall classes are currently underway, and the spring schedule is
being developed. All dates, pricing and availability can be viewed
at scclanc.org/events.
