LIFE COACHING
Individuals experiencing a sense of purposelessness, feelings of stress or a lack of work-life balance benefit
greatly from life coaching. Through in-person or online sessions, life coaches help identify areas of growth
and work with individuals to set practical goals. The result is a greater sense of fulfillment and purpose, and a
well-balanced life.
Initial
Consultation
The first session with a
life coach is an
opportunity to tell your
story. You'll talk about
why you're interested in
life coaching and what
you hope to accomplish.
You'll also take time to
share your core values.
Regular
Sessions
These sessions typically
consist of open-ended
questions and
investigation into the
current issues you're
facing. Coaches may also
reveal inconsistencies
between your core values
and daily life and help
you develop a greater
level of self-awareness.
Goal Fulfillment &
Proactive Living
Over the course of a
number of sessions,
coaches partner with you
to help you accomplish
your goals and develop a
more proactive approach
to life. The result is a
more positive and
productive life, both
inside and outside of
work.
