An open-wheel racecar in the test chamber of Honda's new,
$124-million wind tunnel in East Liberty, Ohio. The Honda Automotive
Laboratories of Ohio (HALO) facility is the company's first full-scale
wind tunnel in North America and is projected to save significant
vehicle-development time and money previously spent contracting
