HEVI launches lineup of electric off-highway equipment
Greenland Technologies Holding
Corporation announced the launch of
HEVI Equipment, a new brand of industrial
machinery. The HEVI Equipment
moniker is a rebranding of Greenland's
Machinery division, which produces
electric front loaders, excavators and
other off-highway equipment.
" This is another important step in our
company's evolution, " said Raymond
Wang, CEO of Greenland. " We reached
a critical juncture having launched our
initial electric industrial equipment
models. With the rebranding of our
Greenland Machinery division as our
HEVI Equipment division, we believe we
will gain a further advantage in the
market. " The company also announced
that it has selected a site in Baltimore
County, Maryland for the next phase of
its U.S. expansion.
The next phase of HEVI plans includes
the establishment of an approximately
54,000 sq.-ft. manufacturing facility in
White Marsh, Maryland. The facility is
expected to open in July 2022 and is
reportedly central to the company's
strategy of supporting the increased
customer demand for its expanding line
of electrical industrial vehicles.

VP of Special Projects. " Because CCS1
combines the original AC plug with a DC
power option, our equipment can charge
much faster than traditional chargers. "
