its SZSMF4L 400 W TVS diode series
for automotive applications. The
SZSMF4L TVS was designed to protect
sensitive systems with fast response
time, low Zener impedance, high surge
handling, and strong clamping capabilities.
Its low leakage current also is reportedly
ideal for protecting sensors and its small package
size makes it suitable for most automotive applications such
as EV The powertrain charging, battery management systems,
invertors power distribution units and body control modules.
The SZSMF4L is compatible with automated PCB assembly
processes and according to Littelfuse, uses 40% less printed
circuit board space than previously available components.
