About Our Company
SPAL designs and manufactures sealed DC brush and
brushless motor electric cooling fans, centrifugal blowers
and coolant pumps for OEM automotive, bus, truck, offhighway,
construction, powersports, military, marine, and
stationary equipment (generator/APU) markets.
The production facility in Correggio, Italy, currently covers
a total production area of 590,000+ square feet, and houses
the engineering, research & development, and manufacturing
departments. The facility contains six automated production
lines, which have the capability to produce over 3
million fans, blowers and coolant pumps annually.
Our goal is to produce the highest-quality products for
the markets we serve. This is achieved through a constant
focus on research/development as well as by integrating
all areas of the manufacturing process for 12V and 24V
brushed/brushless axial fans, centrifugal blowers and coolant
pumps. We maintain high standards and believe that
quality, innovation, and service are, and always will be, the
main cornerstones of our history and culture.
Products/Services Offered
SPAL sealed brushless motors (SBL) range between 40W
- 1.2KW and once integrated with our fans, blowers and
coolant pumps, are ideal for engine and oil cooling, HVAC
and auxiliary cooling applications. Recently, a 40W (12V &
24V) SBL motor was introduced into the marketplace.
SPAL SBL fans, blowers and coolant pumps feature integrated
power and control electronics with multiple proprietary
features that result in increased durability and reliability.
They are specifically designed to meet new-generation
cooling system requirements.
From engine bay ventilation and cab pressurization, to
variable speed, oil and distributive engine cooling and beyond,
SPAL SBL products offer reliability and performance
under the most challenging environmental conditions that
is unmatched in the marketplace.
