SAE members approve revisions to bylaws and changes to board terms The Annual Meeting of the SAE Membership for 2023 took place March 14 in conjunction with SAE's Tech conference and exhibition in Fort Worth, Texas. In a show of hands, the SAE membership in attendance approved bylaws revisions that better accommodate virtual meetings of the SAE Board of Directors. " It's really just a way to true up the bylaws to reflect current terminology and meeting technologies that we are using, and UPDATE changes to voting and the way meetings are conducted, " board secretary Greg Bradley said at the annual meeting. He noted that it's been " ten years and a pandemic " since the bylaws were extensively revised. The membership also voted to give the board treasurer and board members atlarge the option of extending their twoyear terms for an additional two years, subject to the full board's approval. n May 2023 3 SAE International
