launches &high-volume mfg, using Siemens JT2GO, Teamcenter
VisView, Teamcenter Vismockup, TDM, Polyworks, SAP Logon,
internal KEOPS, &OEM tools. Design &verify specs, mfg processes
&procedures, &validate injection molding tools, geometry checking
fixtures, validation jigs, test jigs, &end of arm tooling for highvolume
production of front/rear bumpers, wheel arch finishers,
rocker panels, rear lateral brackets, rear corner brackets, front
middle grills, &air breathers. Analyze &validate injection molded
products validation for functional, geometry &cosmetic qlty.
Define, set up, &perform engrg project planning from dvlpmt
phase across all perimeters of engrg incl. trials of injection tools,
Gage Repeatability &Reproducibility (GR&R) following testing
protocols &agreements of product Design Verification Plan
&Report (DVP&R), &submission of product &Production Part
Approval Process to OEM customers. Master, Mechanical Engrg,
Automotive Engrg, or Mechatronics Engrg. 12 mos' exp as Engineer
or related, designing &verifying specs, mfg processes, &validating
injection molding tools, geometry checking fixtures, validation/
test jigs, &end of arm tooling for high-volume production of

PrOCESS, Chattanooga, TN, Plastic Omnium Auto Exteriors
LLC. Act as Subject Matter Expert for paint apps &processes at
plants in U.S. Plan, dvlp, &launch Water Base Paint, Solvent Borne
Paint, 2K Clearcoat sys, 2K Primer sys, &Electrostatic Robotic
paint apps &processes tools incl. checking fixtures &jigs for cmpt
painting to produce psgr vehicle front &rear bumpers, quarter
panels, wheel arches, &door panels, implementing plastic part
designs of OEM vehicle makers. Support new paint production
technologies dvlpmt &implementation at Greer/Anderson (SC)
&Chattanooga (TN) plants. Perform paint line commissioning,
robots' calibration, conveyor tracking configuration, work object
creation, mirroring validation for double sided paint line, Integrated
Paint sys configuration &calibration, mixing room. Solve issues
incl. contamination on parts, base/clearcoat sags, orange peel,
µ blistering. Collaborate with lab to pass German Institute for
Standardization (DIN) standards incl. humidity testing, steam jet
testing, adhesion &perform adjustments to resolve qlty, reliability
&durability issues. 60 mos' exp as Paint Path Programmer, Paint
Process Engineer, Paint Engineer, or related, dvlpg &launching
Water Base Paint, Solvent Borne Paint, 2K Clearcoat sys, 2K
Primer sys, &Electrostatic Robotic paint apps &processes tools
incl. checking fixtures &jigs for cmpt painting to produce psgr
