panels, wheel arches, implementing plastic part designs. Furnish
final product &tooling specs to production plant engineers to
produce car sets in high volume cmpnt mfg plant. Support new
paint production technologies dev. &implementation. Ensure
paint materials &paint mfg processes have &maintain physical
properties to pass all performance &colorimetric rqrmnts set
by OEM vehicle maker customers. Perform &execute early mfg
feasibility to validate part characteristics, parts density on the
skid, &cycle time using FANUC PAINTworks, ABB Robot Studio. 36
