expansion of their Junction Field-Effect Transistor (JFET)
portfolio of products. They added 16 new N channel devices
offered with COTS and high reliability screening options.

this series is designed for harsh environments such as
space, avionics, and high reliability systems. The bipolar processing technology provides

Flame-Retardant SLA Material
3D Systems, Queens, NY,
is introducing the Accura AMX
Tough FR V0 Black SLA material. The new chemistry is based on
its Figure 4 materials, which enabled the industry's first flame-retardant
material for SLA. The material is also available as Figure
4 Tough FR V0 Black for use with 3D Systems' Figure 4 platform,
allowing customers to scale part sizes and leverage the system
advantages provided by each platform.

Position Sensor

custom LVDT position sensor for resistance spot welding machines
used in automotive plants to detect missing or misaligned
parts in nut and stud welding. Working in conjunction
with the resistance weld control equipment, it detects and reports
conditions including: weld pin extended position, double part, misloaded part, incomplete
weld, weld pin retraction, upside down nut, wrong or missing part.
